Through guided meditation, simple mindfulness practices, and nourishing meals, you'll be invited to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find clarity.

Her work is rooted in presence, not pressure. There is nothing to fix and nothing to prove, just an invitation to reconnect with what feels true for you.

Through retreats, mindfulness experiences, Reiki, and private sessions, she creates spaces where you can step away from the noise, recharge, and return to life feeling more grounded, clear, and present.

Yes, two homemade meals and light snacks will be provided. You'll be able to share any dietary needs after registering.

Can I get a refund if I'm unable to attend?
